How we handle reviews
We read every review before it appears, then publish it, whether it gives five stars or one. We never hold back a review because it is critical, and we never change a customer's words.
We withhold a review only if it:
- is abusive, harassing, obscene or discriminatory
- shares someone else's personal information or image, or confidential information
- is clearly false or misleading, or appears to be fake
- has nothing to do with our products or our shop
- comes from someone close to the shop, such as a friend or business colleague
These rules apply the same way to every review. The ratings you see are the average of all published reviews. Some reviews come from our Google listing, and we can't edit them.
We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in exchange for them. If that ever changes, we will say so on the reviews involved.
